In this role, you’ll own your territory, influence patient care, and achieve tangible results that make a real difference.Your new roleIn this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting Novo Nordisk’s products, building strong relationships with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. You’ll work closely with a dynamic sales team, develop your territory, and make a real impact on patient care while driving measurable business results.Your main tasks:Execute targeted sales strategies to exceed territory sales goals.Build and strengthen professional relationships with general practitioners and primary care providers.Raise awareness of cardiometabolic diseases and promote Novo Nordisk products effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional team members to enhance product reach and customer service.Develop and implement detailed territory business plans aligned with company objectives.Track customer interactions, analyse market trends, and share insights to inform sales tactics.Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and company standards while maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals.Your designated geographic region will be the following: Zurich City and metropolitan Area in the German speaking part of SwitzerlandYour new departmentYou will be joining a motivated and supportive team, who work closely together to share insights, celebrate successes, and drive results. As part of the Swiss affiliate of Novo Nordisk and its wider Sales Department, you’ll benefit from strong cross-functional collaboration, structured support, and a culture focused on achieving ambitious goals while fostering professional growth and development.Your Skills & QualificationsFor this exciting role, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with a strong medical or scientific background, ideally with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. You have the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieve sales targets, and demonstrate business acumen, innovation, and team spirit.Your qualifications:Degree or education in paramedical, medical, or scientific fields; SHQA certificate is a plusSeveral years of direct sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectorExperience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, especially in cardiometabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes & obesity) is an advantageStrong customer focus, business understanding, and personal leadership skillsFluent in German and English, with excellent selling and teamwork abilitiesResidence within the assigned territory is required.Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
