Banking Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in banking or financial services, preferably in compliance or transaction monitoring. Adherence to Processes: Proven ability to follow internal processes, procedures, and quality standards consistently. Communication Skills: Experience escalating issues or errors clearly and coordinating with relevant teams.
