ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support via email, chat, and more – with a focus on speed, accuracy, and careOwn and resolve complex customer issues with minimal supervisionMentor junior team members and help refine support processesReview and validate KYC documents for regulatory complianceMonitor customer activity for potential risks and escalate concernsDraft and maintain internal policies and compliance documentationOversee refund and wire transfer workflows, chargebacks, and risk assessmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer pain points and improve serviceEnsure full alignment with AML/CFT regulations and legal frameworksReport regularly to management on compliance trends and risksRequirements+3 years Experience as a Team Lead Customer SupportStrong working skills with spreadsheet, database, CRM.

Good Knowledge of English language. Handle sensitive and confidential situations;Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;Commitment and Dedication;Information and Processes Analyze;Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current legislation.
