Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-level diary and inbox management for senior executivesMeeting coordination, preparation, and follow-upSupporting with travel arrangements and expensesActing as the eyes and ears of the team – staying one step aheadKeeping energy up and communication flowing across the teamConfidentiality and DiscretionHandling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper for the executive. Document PreparationDrafting, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and correspondence. Preparing briefing materials and agendas for meetings. Event Planning and CoordinationOrganising offsites, team events, and executive-level meetings or conferences. What We’re Looking For:
