com)Customer Service CoordinatorThe Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the products, POSM (point of sale materials), and services sold by the company are delivered to our international customers with excellence (right quantity, right timing, and right quality matching customers’ orders). This person will be the first point of contact for any customer complaints and order management-related follow-ups, both internally and externally. They will also be responsible for tracking the status of each order as it moves through the supply chain and for monitoring/reporting its progress to the relevant parties involved.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will primarily involve overseeing customer order management and relevant logistics tasks for Primor International Entities, aiming to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the most efficient and prompt manner.
Managing orders and order management data, such as outstanding orders, customer deliveries, logistics — to serve our retail customers with excellenceDirect contact with customers to resolve problems with their ordersDirect SPOC for managing order processing provided by 3PL logistic service providers, including EU and non-EU customersProcessing orders by updating stock levels to ensure accuracyMonitoring order status to ensure that everything proceeds as expected and in line with our internal KPIsUpdating customer records with order details, such as delivery informationDealing with customer issues related to late deliveries or damaged goodsProcessing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policiesCommunicating with customers about the status of their orders, where and when relevantSupporting the introduction of new products and the phase-out of products at retail partnersUtilizing system settings and parameters to increase efficiencyIssuing invoicesIssuing invoice-related credit notesPricing control before issuing final invoices to customersOwning statistical data reporting to KSHContributing to the definition and documentation of business processes and generally supporting the improvement of supply chain performanceKey competenciesIntermediate-level understanding of supply chain processesMinimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience, especially in customer service, ideally with experience in 3PL service provider operations; international work experience is preferredDegree in a relevant field (min.
