We’re looking for an Equity Analyst who will thrive on collaborating across teams, building relationships, and creating outstanding client experiences. In this role, you’ll be working in the operations division of this organization, working side-by-side with engineering, trading, and client service teams to deliver seamless onboarding, post-trade support, and portfolio solutions.
Your ability to understand client needs, translate them into actionable improvements, and foster strong partnerships will be just as important as your technical and analytical abilities. What You’ll Do As An Equity AnalystPartner with clients during onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication at every step. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering and trading—to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. Analyze processes and data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients, translating complex information into easy-to-understand recommendations. Contribute ideas for product and process enhancements that balance client needs with compliance and operational requirements. Participate in strategic initiatives, managing timelines, priorities, and expectations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required. Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging directly with clients, leading discussions, and building trust. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and work toward shared goals. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for organizing and interpreting data.
