We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whānau at the heart of everything we do.Te Haeata/The OpportunityThe Centre for Family Violence and Sexual Violence Prevention is seeking a Principal Advisor, Māori for a fixed term of 12 months to support the Centre in its efforts to grow authentic and meaningful Māori-Crown partnerships and develop internal cultural intelligence to improve outcomes for Māori in our work.The Principal Advisor, Māori will provide advice and expertise on tikanga and kawa, lead the development of a cultural capability framework grounded in our organisational values, and support strategic Māori-Crown partnerships. Additionally, they will provide advice across the Centre that supports improved outcomes for Māori, including to leaders and Ministers.Ō Pūkenga/Skills And ExperienceNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
