The OpportunityAs our Principal Advisor, Organisational Change, Transformation Office, you will: Lead the design, development and planning of change management strategies and change activities that align with DPI's change management framework and program or project goals. Engage with key stakeholders, including project managers, program managers, and business leaders, to align and coordinate change management priorities. Provide expert advice and support to change leaders in driving adoption and utilisation of new processes, tools, and systems. Coach and advise change leaders, program managers, and project teams to ensure smooth transitions for employees impacted by change initiatives. Provide tactical change support to impacted leaders to foster and encourage employee engagement and adoption. Implement change management strategies are aligned with broader program and project goals as well as organisational objectives. Foster strong, productive relationships with program managers, project managers, the Communications & Engagement team and other key organisational leaders and stakeholders. Identify and evaluate risk and manage through appropriate mitigation strategies, to ensure program and project success. Define, track, and measure success metrics to monitor and report the progress of change initiatives and ensure that intended outcomes are achieved.You may also have Proven experience in delivering contemporary and effective organisational change management and a strong understanding of change management methodologies.
