This role is ideal for someone with around six - ten years of work experience in Supply Chain, analytics and project management with a passion for driving improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the Hyper Local Replenishment Design to ensure inventory replenishment within the agreed TATTracking daily supply chain metrics and working closely with various teams to maintain required SLA levels.Exceptional Program Management skills in order to handle multi dimensional and multiple stakeholders programs to ensure the smooth functioning of hyperlocal inventory replenishment & OperationsLeading the Reports / dashboards at every node to surface failure points and taking necessary and informed corrective courseAssist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery speed and customer experience.Intervene structurally to cater to the dynamic nature of the supply network while collaborating with analytics & product teamsDrive cross-functional project management for problem-solvingChallenge the status quo and be innovative in improving ways of working for respective functionsKey Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite and SQL.Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, project management or a related field.Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like R or Python is a plus.This role is perfect for a senior professional who can independently deliver the key charters and take on new challenges while contributing to Myntra’s goals of enhancing delivery and customer satisfaction.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading fashion e-commerce platforms.Exposure to end-to-end business operations and high-impact decision-making.Dynamic work culture with a focus on innovation and performance.
