Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.What You Will Be DoingAttending to requirements gathering meetingsWriting Business Requirement Documents with adequate inputsMapping of requirements to the modules/featuresCreating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a businessDefining business requirementsSkills / RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field13+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong knowledge of digital channels is requiredProven experience in digital banking, including comprehensive knowledge of mobile and internet banking features and functionalitiesThorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail On boarding and Account OpeningAbility to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or Adobe XDKnowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an assetExperience in writing documentation for software applications or productsAbility to prioritize the requirementsAbility to consult the solution and development teamStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsA high level of English proficiency is requiredAbout VeriParkWe are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
