Client LeadershipAdvise Boards and C-suite on sustainability strategy, climate risks, and ESG reporting.Oversee delivery of large, complex engagements.Ensure consistently high service quality and client satisfaction. Practice & People LeadershipLead and develop the CCaSS team; mentor senior talent.Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to EY values.Build capabilities and recruit to support growth plans. Quality, Risk & ComplianceEnsure engagements meet EY Quality & Risk Management requirements.Oversee compliance with key sustainability and ESG frameworks.Safeguard independence and manage reputational risk. Financial & Operational ManagementDeliver business plans, forecasts, and profitability targets.Manage pricing, resourcing, and overall commercial performance.Collaborate with other EY service lines on integrated solutions.Experience & SkillsSenior leadership experience in sustainability, climate, ESG, or related fields.Strong track record in business development and delivery of major engagements.Credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders.Deep expertise in one or more CCaSS areas (ESG reporting, climate strategy, decarbonisation, etc.).Excellent commercial, strategic, and communication skills.
