Overview of the role: As a Director based in Poland, you will lead technology-enabled value creation initiatives across European and US private equity markets, focusing on IT carve-outs and large-scale enterprise transformations (ERP, CRM, HRIS). You’ll balance executive-level engagement with CxOs and investors while staying hands-on to drive delivery, resolve issues, and ensure measurable outcomes.You will also play a key role in building Alysian’s presence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across markets.Responsibilities:1. Growth & Client DevelopmentDrive business development with PE firms and portfolio companies, expanding relationships with operating partners and senior executives.Support firm growth through client expansion and consistent delivery excellence.2. Program Leadership – Carve-Outs & TransformationsLead IT carve-outs (Sign to Close to TSA Exit) and transformation programs (€10M–€50M+ budgets).Manage multi-workstream programs covering infrastructure, applications, data migration, and go-live readiness.Proven leadership of full-lifecycle IT carve-outs and enterprise transformations (ERP, CRM, HRIS).Hands-on program management with the ability to dive deep and resolve complex issues.3. Vendor & Contract ManagementOversee vendor delivery, performance, and dependencies; lead contract drafting and negotiation (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs).Ensure compliance, milestone tracking, and resolution of non-performance issues.4. Technology Strategy & ExecutionDesign and deliver IT separation, integration, and modernization roadmaps.Provide architectural oversight across enterprise systems, data, infrastructure, and security.5. Private Equity & Transformation AdvisoryAdvise on IT due diligence, post-close planning, and value creation initiatives.Identify and quantify cost-out and growth levers; benchmark IT spend and track synergies.6.
