This position will be instrumental in shaping the growth and success of the team, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise and drive forward our commitment to advancing the semiconductor industry.Job DescriptionAs a Principal Engineer for Digital Design, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and quality of complex digital systems-on-chip (SoCs) for memory applications.In your new role you will:Lead a team of digital designers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful SoC developmentDevelop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and SoC designs including architecture, RTL design, and DFTCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA and software teams, to ensure successful SoC developmentDevelop and mentor complex digital IP blocks, such as processors, peripherals, and interfacesUtilize industry-standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor GraphicsDebug and resolve complex design issues, including timing, power, and area optimizationPerform design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design qualityDrive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologiesFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and junior mentoring within the digital design team to improve team performanceYour ProfileAs a driven and results-oriented leader, you are motivated by the pursuit of ambitious goals while remaining strongly committed to delivering top-quality product development.
