This role is integral in ensuring seamless operations within our organization and encouraging a collaborative environment. If you are exceptionally organized and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, this is the role for you!What You'll DoSupport the Representative Director and team members by handling tasks, making achievements, and coordinating department meetings both locally and with offshore colleagues. Provide a full range of administrative and organizational support, maintaining complex and detailed diaries across multiple time zones. Manage the planning and arrangements for all meetings, liaising with internal and external customers to guarantee seamless execution.
Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization, ensuring accurate handling of classified, confidential, private, or sensitive information. Coordinate daily operations tasks such as managing AMC funds, maintaining accounting records, and sharing information with the Hong Kong office. Manage general office tasks including maintaining office supplies and equipment, and acting as the first internal contact for IT, accounts, security, etc. Assist with Business Continuity planning and implementation, workplace health and safety, and liaise with building management and vendors to maintain a safe work environment.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel while adhering to T&E policies and providing assistance with expense processing. Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures, and work cohesively with global Principal Asset Management administration staff, contributing to and assisting in building a collaborative One Principal culture. Collaborate with external parties when required. Who You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 3 years working experience, preferably in the financial industry (especially within Asset Management and Wealth Management). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Korean, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels across the global organization in English. Experience in building positive relationships in virtual and fast-paced environments. Proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. High degree of confidentiality, self-awareness, and discretion. Strong technical ability and experience with O365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive).
