General, Corporate Division and provides professional, timely and consistent HR and Finance services to Corporate Division branches, including: Finance and Procurement; Human Resources; Information Technology; Governance; Internal Audit. The Hub also supports the Director-General’s office and other ODG business units. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced HR professional with a positive approach and growth mindset.As the Principal Human Resource Advisor you will provide direction, support and guidance to the team to provide quality, customer-focussed, strategic and tactical advice to Corporate Division. You will oversee a business partner service offering, promoting enabling effective contemporary human resource management practices.Some Of Your Responsibilities Will IncludeWork closely with the Manager (HR) to provide direction, support and oversight to build capability and to enable the team deliver their program of work effectively.Direct line management to generalist HR professionals.Provide strategic and tactical HR advice and support including complex case management, change management and in the preparation of correspondence and briefing notes.Lead strategic workforce initiatives.Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture and professional growth.
