You will be responsible for delivering the department's vision, improving educational outcomes for all students, and fostering a culture of high-quality teaching and learning. Through your leadership, you will inspire continuous growth, promote collaboration, and build strong, positive relationships among students, teachers, the wider community, and key stakeholders to create an environment where every learner can thrive.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.
