We are selective and specific in the clients, projects, and people we choose to work with, aligning with our strong social, environmental and safety ethics. Your opportunityContinuing a trend of bold and targeted growth in the Asia Pacific region, we have an exciting opportunity for a Principal People Advisor, Asia to join our regional Asia team in a business partnering role.In this business partnership role, you will oversee the team that supports HR advisory services for Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. The role will also have a secondary responsibility to work closely with the unit project leads and wider HR Team and relevant business stakeholder to deliver people projects.People advisor role to leaders and managers, leading and delivering first-class HR Advisory services on people-related matters such as complex employee grievances, exits and contract negotiations. Manage the business-as-usual people processes such as salary/bonus reviews, talent reviews and performance management. Develop and coach People Managers to enhance the employee experience, lead/manage change and reinforc desired people manager behaviours.Collaborat and work with your immediate team to implement HR strategies and initiatives. Use workforce analytics and data to drive the development of solutions, programs, and policies. Responsible for driving governance on people processes, with a focus on privacy and data security.Take on a unit project lead or project contributor role to deliver Asia-wide or country-specific poeple projects, working closely with the wider Asia HR and Business stakeholders.About YouBachelor’s degree in business/human resource management8-10 years of relevant human resources experience, People Advisory background.Good communication and interpersonal skills within a global matixed business environment.Good stakeholder management and engagement skills to facilitate, collaborate with and coach people manager and business leader.An experienced team leader with a collaborative approach and fosters a culture of ownership and accountabilityRegional HR advisory experience in at least tow Asia locations is preferredPast experience in managing or overseeing HR Project delivery from end to end is preferredEquality, diversity and inclusionWe put equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of our business, seeking to promote fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all.
