As an AI-first organization, you’ll harness the power of AI across all aspects of the product to shape strategy and execution. You’ll own several product expansion initiatives and partner cross-functionally to bring them to life — from idea to launch to iteration.What You’ll DoOwn the success of multiple product expansion initiativesLeverage AI and intelligent agents across all aspects of the product and internal processesDrive features through the full lifecycle: ideation → spec → development → release → analysis → iterationDiscover and validate product improvements through research, customer conversations, and prototypesCollaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver exceptional user experiencesPartner with Microsoft product teams to integrate the newest Microsoft 365 features and provide early feedbackMonitor market trends and competitors to inform product strategyMaintain strong communication with internal teams and customers to identify growth opportunitiesUse data and insights to guide prioritization, measure success, and iterate quicklyYour BackgroundHave built, implemented, or experimented with AI tools or solutions — professionally or personally — to solve real problems5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) at a high-performing software companyExperience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teamsAbility to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and customer-facing conversationsStrong understanding of enterprise SaaS, collaboration, and productivity toolsPassion for meetings, collaboration, and decision-making cultureExcellent communication skills in EnglishDegree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a related fieldBonus PointsShipped AI functionality with clear internal or end-user impact10–15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product development or managementDomain expertise in meeting management, governance, or decision-making processesExperience with Microsoft 365 integrations and the Microsoft ecosystemAdvanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or DesignGlobal experience working with diverse teams and culturesProficiency in German, French, Norwegian, or SpanishWhy Decisions?Join a mission-driven, fast-growing team that’s passionate about solving real problems for real users.
