Help us shape the future of product management.What You Will Be DoingDevelop BrainLifts: Cultivate a dynamic repository of expert insights to enhance AI tools, steer decision-making, and demonstrate domain mastery.Implement Product Iterations: Drive small, data-informed product improvements weekly, aligning the product with measurable objectives.Enhance Domain Expertise: Deepen your structured domain knowledge, empowering the team to make informed decisions, craft tailored solutions, and communicate with authority.What You Won’t Be DoingInvesting a whole month on a single feature development; our goal is to deliver new features weekly.Crafting lengthy PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen or edge case.Creating technical solutions or software architecture.Basic RequirementsPrincipal Product Manager key responsibilitiesOver 4 years of experience in a product leadership role at a product company, where you personally crafted the vision, roadmap, and enhancements of a software product based on usage data or customer insights (not limited to a single feature or module, nor internal or outsourced projects).Experience managing software products for large enterprises, understanding how they select, purchase, and implement software compared to consumer or SMB markets.A technical background sufficient for discussing data models and system design trade-offs, supported by formal education in Computer Science or at least a year of hands-on development/coding experience.A passion for integrating AI into daily operations, including research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy development.About TrilogyHundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
