About The RoleThe Principal Project Manager will lead and manage the development and implementation of medium to large scale digital and information, communication and technology projects by ensuring successful completion within agreed performance criteria that contribute to positive patient and business outcomes for West Moreton Health.About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Leadership experience in the management of a large-scale IM/ICT projects including planning, quality, risk management, reporting, budgeting and project closure preferably in the health care industry (SFIA skill: PRMG: Level 6).Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders. (SFIA Skill: RLMT: Level 6)Understanding and application of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to promote and provide advice on the appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (SFIA Skill: METL: Level 5).Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication and skills for use in a complex project environment.Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring an effective multi-disciplinary team.Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective relations with team members.Mandatory RequirementsWhislt not manadatroy, a relevant degree or qualificaiton in Information Communication Technology or business related disciplines would be highely regarded.About West Moreton HealthWest Moreton Health is one of Queensland's most diverse and rapidly evolving health services, delivering health care to over 300,000 people across Ipswich, Boonah, Gatton, Laidley, and Esk.We provide preventative and primary healthcare services, ambulatory services, acute care, sub-acute care, oral health, mental health and other specialised services, including prison and youth detention health services, and alcohol and other drugs services to the region.At West Moreton Health, our employees apply our shared values to every aspect of their work.
