Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Job DescriptionLead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software applications hosted on Azure Cloud. Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define quality standards. Implement and manage automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage. Monitor and report on testing progress, bugs, and overall product quality. Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and work with the team to implement fixes. Continuously enhance the testing process by integrating best practices and tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA and testing. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to building a high-performing quality assurance team. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in testing cloud-based applications, preferably with Azure. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar for test automation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in crosfunctional teams.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Education + Experience:5 years+ of Experience on related field.Job Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects. Supportive and collaborative team environment. Professional growth and development opportunities.
