Propose and implement solutions to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, and system security. Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and participate in architecture and code reviews. Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and AI teams to turn ideas into working QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on software development experience with real product delivery.Proficient in backend development (at least one of: Golang, Python) and/or frontend frameworks (React or Vue).In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, API Gateway, and event-driven systems.Strong system thinking, clean coding skills, and effective technical communication.
