As most of these services are delivered by an IT partner, the mission is focused on Service Management, new service development, architecture and innovation, outsourcing partnership management, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo.Digital Workplace ServicesDigital Workplace Services is part of IOS and has the responsibility for delivering Digital Workplace Services to Volvo Group employees globally.We are now looking for a Service Leader – End user services You will play a key role in the team responsible for the Global IT Equipment services (Phones, Tablets, Computers, Monitors, etc.) in Volvo Group.You will work with multiple stakeholders in Volvo Group Business units and Suppliers, with the mission of delivering world class End User IT Equipment services for our 100.000 Volvo Employees globally.You can apply from any of the following locations:Gothenburg, Skövde, Gent, Bangalore and Lyon.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User IT Equipment ServicesResponsible for the IT Equipment services ensuring that all IT equipment is delivered according to contract based on cost, volumes, and quality.Manage new and changed business needs regarding IT Equipment deliveriesParticipate in and/or lead initiatives and related projects in the area Service Lifecycle, Strategy and Innovation Manage the full lifecycle of IT Equipment services within the End user services areaResponsible for the Strategy, Continual Improvement and Innovation of the areaRequired Competencies And ExperienceUniversity/Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant areaMinimum 10 years' experience within the End user services areaExperience within the IT Equipment services areaExperience of Service leadership focusing on the outcomeExperience in steering projects and analyzing business needsComplete proficiency in EnglishKnowledge and experience of ITIL (SIAM is a plus)Who are you?
