The Principal Solution Consultant is a key representative of the Docusign Sales team who builds confidence and trust with our customers and liaises with numerous internal teams as a key knowledge sharer of product expertise. You will be passionate about our best-in-class solutions and be curious about how we can solve our customer’s business problems.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director, Solution Consulting.ResponsibilityShowcase the significant business value of Docusign’s solutionsDevelop account roadmap and strategic solution strategyPresent and articulate strategic business value to executivesBe an innovator who can build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinkingContribute by sharing new knowledge with your team across the globeManage and respond to complex RFx/ProposalsPresent and demonstrate DocuSign solutions at marketing eventsAssist in training and enabling the Sales teams on Docusign and partner solutionsBe self-motivated, proactive and flexibleJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
