Join us.YOUR IMPACTAs an OSM (Observability & Service Management) Solutions Consultant, you will help customers realize the value of OpenText’s Observability & Service Management solutions. You’ll work with clients to assess their IT operations, showcase how OSM solutions enhance visibility, automation, and resilience, and drive their digital transformation. This role is virtual, Warsaw, Poland.What The Role OffersPartner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle as a trusted technical advisor.Design and deliver tailored OSM demos, proofs of concept, and solution presentations.Collaborate with customers to align scalable, cloud-ready solutions with business goals.Support technical scoping, RFP responses, and solution development.Represent OpenText at events, building strong customer and industry relationships.What You Need To SucceedFluent in Polish and English with experience in presales or IT operations.Strong understanding of observability, ITSM, automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Technical skills in VMware, Microsoft, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Self-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused with a global mindset.ONE LAST THINGJoin us as an OSM Solutions Consultant and help shape the future of Observability & Service Management.
