This role partners closely with business leaders to provide consultative support and ensure a seamless, value-added recruitment experience.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for non-operator roles (General Admin & Support, Production, Engineering & Technicians)Responsible for the recruitment lifecycle, from developing and executing hiring strategies to tapping into diverse sourcing channels to screening top talent, guiding interviews, and driving successful offer negotiationsPartner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert recommendations on candidate profiles, guiding informed and strategic hiring decisionsUtilise creative sourcing techniques—including LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referral programs—to attract top talent, post job openings, identify candidates, and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activitiesReview and evaluate resumes and credentials to ensure candidates’ skills, experience, and knowledge align with role requirements and business objectivesApply behavioral interviewing techniques to screen and interview candidates, and provide informed recommendations to support selection decisionsManage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when requiredBuild and maintain strong partnerships with HR business partners and other HR COE teams and organizational leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration on talent strategiesEnsure that stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners are regularly informed of hiring progress and status updates.Lead and participate in projects/programs as assigned, and support continuous improvement efforts where requiredOther ResponsibilitiesPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisitionPrior working experience in an engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferredExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, WorkdayHigh-volume recruitment experience and audit processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDiscreet in handling confidential informationProven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practicesPreferred QualificationsStrong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skillsAbility to interact with all levels of the organization.Able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple prioritiesSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivityTeam player, collaborative approach and resourcefulGlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
