NSW Health’s SDPR program is transforming the way patient care is delivered and experienced - creating a single, secure, holistic, and integrated view of patient information across the entire state.By connecting every corner of the NSW public health system, this groundbreaking program empowers clinicians and care teams with real-time access to unified patient data - enabling safer, more transparent, and quality care for every person, anywhere.Join us now and contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health every day.About The OpportunityAs Principal Trainer of our Training and Change Workstream at Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority SDPRIA, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through the design and delivery of innovative digital health training, empowering staff across NSW with flexible learning solutions and supporting the successful local rollout of transformative technology.In This Role, You WillLead the design, development and delivery of digital health training programs that meet the diverse needs of NSW Health staff across metropolitan, regional, rural and remote settings.Develop flexible training approaches and innovative, reusable learning resources—including face-to-face, online and blended materials—to support the rollout of new and existing digital health applications.Integrate vendor training content, eLearning modules and instructional design processes to ensure effective program delivery, aligned with standards, guidelines and organisational requirements.Support local trainers and team members by providing credentialing, coaching and expert guidance to enable high-quality, consistent training across LHDs and SHNs statewide.About YouWe are looking for someone who has:Extensive experience in adult learning and development within large, complex service organisations, including strong technical training capability in large-scale ICT project environments.Proven ability to lead the scoping, design, development, delivery and evaluation of software training programs across all stages of implementation.Strong background in digital health system training within major healthcare settings, with the flexibility to work evenings, nights or weekends as required.You Will Succeed In This Role If YouEnjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
