You’ll drive our team forward to deliver unforgettable experiences that delight players across the world.Your role within our KingdomYou are an experienced UI Principal Designer, who will exhibit mastery of UI design and act as a role model and mentor for colleagues with less experience in one or more business areas of the product. As a UI Principal you utilize industry best practice and deep understanding of interaction design, art, graphic design, and other principles to improve Candy product and UI design processes. You are keen on identifying complex problems or inconsistencies and design elegant, future-proof solutions to be adopted across the game. You are able to work autonomously, remaining a visible and proactive team player. You are a craft influencer in your business area and cross the game.You support the strategic framework and champion giving UI feedback to the designers, working closely with the Art/UI Director to help bring up the visual aesthetic of the game to the next level. With your passion for player- centric design, you will mentor your team members to make their designs, even more, user friendly and accessible.As a member of the Candy team you’ll participate in a cross-location collaboration.
