We're recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a high-performing, mission-driven organisation that plays a critical role in supporting Ireland's economic development. In this 12-month contract, you'll work closely with the Payroll and Finance Executive, supporting a broad range of finance-related activities - from expense processing to staff support and system updates.
What You'll DoAssist in processing and verifying domestic and international expense claimsMonitor and manage staff charge card balancesMaintain accurate financial records using the Centros financial management systemProvide direct support to staff on expenses queries, training, and best practicesContribute to continuous process improvement and broader team support within Payroll, Expenses, and Financial ManagementSupport the Senior Accountant as neededWhat We're Looking ForA finance-related qualification or relevant work experience in a finance support roleExcellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracyAbility to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a helpful, professional mannerProficient in using financial systems (experience with Centros is a plus)A third-level qualification (or working towards one) is desirableWhat's on Offer€28,000-€30,000 starting salary22 days annual leave (pro rata)Hybrid working model:
