We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Job Description:Inform & Provide advice of Regulatory Obligations.Monitor & Ensure compliance.Provide advice regarding impact assessments.Coordinate and act as a contact person with other business units within the organization.Risk related to the processing of Personal Data.Job Requirement:Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Law, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Information System, Computer Science, or other equivalent backgrounds.Have at least 2 years or more relevant experience in Compliance/Legal/Regulatory/Data privacy/Data protection/information security/risk management/IT security/internal audit/IT audit/IT governance/ Cyber Security/Internal Control or related areas [preferably in Insurance industry)Strong knowledge and/or a track record of pragmatic translation in personal law, data privacy rules, regulations, and compliance, as well as data governance into efficient operational processes. Especially familiar with data privacy laws such as Indonesia’s PDP law (Perkominfo No. 20/2016, UU ITE, PP 71/2019, UU No. 27/2022, Draft implementing regulation on PDP) and other international data protection laws and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27701, PIPA Bermuda).Solid knowledge of the insurance regulatory environment and business processes (including, but not limited to, preferably Financial Services Authority regulations concerning assurance). Also, a solid understanding of other international insurance regulatory laws and standards (e.g., HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA).Possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Professional courses and/or relevant professional certifications from accredited organizations will be a plus.Excellent writing skills, critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.Familiar with privacy and security risk assessment best practices, privacy certifications/seals, and information security standards certifications.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
