This role supports Vodafone Group’s global Privacy Programme, helping to protect the privacy of over 500 million customers and employees. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of privacy-related activities including AI risk assessments, incident management, and supplier compliance, contributing to the development and implementation of privacy processes and tools.What You’ll DoConduct privacy impact assessments and AI risk assessments across diverse data processing activitiesManage privacy-related requests, ensuring timely triage and categorisationRespond to Subject Access Requests for Vodafone Group staffSupport initial investigations of privacy incidentsAssist with supplier compliance and re-assessments of high/medium risk processing activitiesMaintain records and perform quality assurance checksParticipate in regular policy compliance reviewsContribute to the development of privacy notices, templates, and guidanceSupport external and internal data protection termsCollaborate with the Group Privacy team on additional privacy initiatives as requiredWho You Are1–2+ years’ experience in privacy and/or legal rolesStrong understanding of global privacy regulations and compliance standardsExperience with contracts and data protection clausesOrganised and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholdersExcellent command of English with strong communication skillsFamiliarity with OneTrust and Jira is a plusWillingness to learn about the EU AI ActNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
