That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements 25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Oversight of India NOC team in BAU activities, including to perform 4 eye checks and provide day-to-day guidanceSME and go-to person on Churning, Cross Border and Pricing control related mattersLiaise with various stakeholders such as RC, Operations, Back Office Compliance, and DCO on Control related projectsFollow up on long outstanding deficiencies with Relationship CentreOversight of all responsible 1st LOD control and ensures execution quality and timelinessCoordinate internal/external audit and regulatory enquiries/requests to provide dataMaintain and track various work flow stages/activities and escalation to Team Lead in any identified deviation/issuePrepare regular management reportingPerform regulatory survey for submitting to regulatorsParticipating in remediation projectsResponsible for day-to-day enquiries related to 1st LOD process/controls from Relationship CentreIdentifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of control areas of activityYour skills and experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in the private banking industrySolid experience/knowledge in 1LOD controls in Private BankingRelevant Product knowledge in Private BankingSelf-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and be able to cope well under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLiterate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPointFamiliar with banking system such as Avaloq and Sales ForceUniversity Graduate or equivalentRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
