About the RoleLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 7,000 (commensurate with experience and skills) Work Visa: Sponsorship availableAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Assistant to join the Private Banking team of a leading financial institution in Singapore serving Japanese high-net-worth clients. You will begin by supporting relationship managers and client service operations, with the opportunity to develop into a Private Banker in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support related to Japanese high-net-worth clients.Communicate with clients in both Japanese and English, ensuring a seamless client experience.Assist with account opening, documentation, and various operational processes.Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on client-related matters.Support Private Bankers in day-to-day activities and client management tasks.Requirements At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in client service, operations, or financial services.Strong communication skills in Japanese and English to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Client-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in an international environment.Preferred AttributesAspires to build a long-term career as a Private Banker.Skilled in establishing trust and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Enjoys working in a multicultural, global setting.Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous development.EA License Number: 22C1267EA Personnel: R22110252
