Private Banking Operations Specialist

The role is responsible for all operational matters related to Private Banking, including settlements of all PB investment products, such as but not limited to bonds, equities, mutual funds structured products, DCIs etc. Key ResponsibilitiesHandling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statementsTrained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UATMaking constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risksManagement of SWIFT Alliance System, including releasing of SWIFT paymentManagement of issues related to remittances and depositsCo-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issuesCarries out other duties as and when assigned Job RequirementsMinimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in PWM Operations spaceSelf-motivated and independent with strong communication skillsGood avaloq knowledge will be an advantageProficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties
