PositionJob ResponsibilitiesSupport Store Managers to plan and execute different product launching events, one to one appointments, In-store-moments and other CRM initiatives.Lead by example to deliver excellent client experience in the store by dedicating time on the selling floor.Provide coaching to sales staff in handling one-on-one appointments and to ensure CA team are engaged with the client properly.To work closely with the team on supporting monthly calling campaign and appointment with clients and evaluate all CRM activities' results.Manage and enrich the VIC client by developing personalized clienteling strategies, ensuring regular high-touch engagements, and coordinating exclusive experiences to strengthen loyalty and retention.Working closely with CRM department to plan and execute event and evaluate result.Develop and implement in-store-moments, selecting and targeting clients for the specific event.To consolidate and analyze client data (both quantitative and qualitative) to derive business insights and provide related action plan to deliver set goals.To meet CRM KPIs such as recruitment rate, retention rate, prospect target, data collection rate.To manage CRM gifting strategy at the store - birthday or anniversary gift ideas, Christmas.Gather qualitative feedback from the stores on CRM activities aiming to improve current practices. Utilize the ideas and initiate localized actions for store.Monitor and analyze client purchase behavior to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring the promotion of key RTW business.Develop and oversee a client recovery plan, handling client complaints or service lapses effectively to maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction.Job RequirementSolid experience in a luxury retail industry with a minimum of 5-7 years relevant working experiences in luxury brands.Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.Cross-culture sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long term relationships.Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.Good in Thai and English, both spoken and written, other languages are a plus.
