Join a high-growth, partner-led investment firm specialising in bespoke private debt solutions for mid-market companies across DACH and Western Europe. Typical deal sizes range from €10–75 million, covering senior, mezzanine, and structured financings. What You’ll Do: Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of private debt transactions. Analyse borrowers, markets, and sectors to identify opportunities. Build and maintain advanced financial models. Prepare investment proposals and credit memos for decision-makers. Participate in due diligence and work closely with internal teams and external advisors. Assist in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives. What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years in private credit, leveraged finance, debt advisory, IB, or consulting. Strong credit structuring, modelling, and analytical skills. Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills. Fluent in English; German a strong plus. Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
