Private Equity Associate – Infrastructure

Overview:Our client is a leading investment platform in the GCC focused on long-term capital deployment across core infrastructure and strategic real assets. The firm invests through direct and co-investment structures, targeting sectors that form the foundation of regional economic growth — including energy, utilities, transport, and industrial infrastructure. Its approach combines patient capital, operational excellence, and disciplined value creation across diversified asset classes.The platform is strengthening its investment team in Dubai to support new initiatives within the power, utilities, and transport sectors, alongside selective international partnerships in stable, yield-generating assets.Key Responsibilities:Support origination, evaluation, and execution of core infrastructure investments across MENA and selected OECD marketsBuild and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, sensitivity, and structuring purposesParticipate in due diligence processes across financial, commercial, and technical workstreamsAssist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and committeesContribute to asset monitoring, portfolio reporting, and value creation planningConduct sector and market research focusing on power, water, transport, and industrial infrastructureCandidate Requirements:2–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure advisory with exposure to real assetsStrong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilitiesFamiliarity with concession, PPP, or regulated asset frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDegree in finance, economics, or engineering; postgraduate qualification or CFA is an advantageRegional experience or interest in the GCC infrastructure landscape preferredOpportunity:Exposure to flagship national and cross-border infrastructure investmentsWork closely with experienced investors on long-term strategic transactionsCompetitive tax-free compensation with performance-based bonusOpportunity to contribute to a platform investing in transformative assets that support regional growth and sustainability
