Private Equity Associate | Large Cap

Our client, a renowned large-cap private equity fund, is seeking an Associate to join their high-calibre team in Munich. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top investors on landmark transactions across Europe.Responsibilities:Support deal execution, from sourcing to closing, including financial modelling and due diligence.Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to identify attractive investment opportunities.Work closely with senior team members on portfolio value creation initiatives.Prepare investment materials and present findings to the Investment Committee.Manage relationships with advisors, management teams, and stakeholders.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in investment banking (Top-tier), strategy consulting (MBB), or private equity (large-cap).Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills.Proven track record in executing complex transactions or strategic projects.Excellent academic background from a top university.Fluent German and English required.
