Our funds make both majority and minority investments across a variety of sectors from offices in London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Frankfurt, and New York.As an Investment Intern in our Stockholm team, you will be an integral part of the deal team from day one. You will gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio companies. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced private equity professionals and gain insight into how we identify, invest in, and grow market-leading businesses.We are currently looking for candidates to join us for an internship at our Stockholm office for six months (Jan - June 2026), where you will have the opportunity to:Research and analyse industries, markets and companies to identify potential investment opportunitiesSupport the investment team in evaluating new opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation analysis and commercial due diligencePrepare materials for internal investment discussions and committeesAssist in monitoring and developing portfolio companies, including strategic projects and performance analysisContribute to origination efforts by mapping sectors, identifying targets and engaging with advisers and entrepreneursParticipate in meetings with management teams, advisers and industry expertsCandidate requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in business, finance, economics, engineering or a related fieldStrong academic track recordExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and one of the Nordic languagesPrevious internship or work experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar fieldDemonstrated interest in business, investing and value creationWhat we will offer you: A steep learning curve and mentorship from experienced investment professionalsA collaborative, entrepreneurial and international working environmentThe opportunity to build a strong professional network in the Nordic and European investment communityA competitive salaryApplication process:Please send your CV, cover letter, and academic transcripts to stockholm.recruitment@inflexion.com.You must be available for January – June 2026 and have the relevant right to work requirements.
