Role OverviewAs Lead Project Manager, you’ll own end‑to‑end coordination of our start‑up operations:
from establishing company bylaws and shareholder agreements to managing production, shipments, local‑authority installations, and initial marketing. You’ll liaise daily with legal counsel, finance, production partners, local governments, and the founding directors to keep us on track—and on budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Administrative OversightDraft, review, and supervise company bylaws, shareholder contracts, and vendor agreementsDevelop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts in collaboration with financeProduction & Logistics CoordinationOversee manufacturing timelines, quality control, and inventory levelsCoordinate global shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedulingLocal Authority EngagementSecure permits and approvals for court installations across multiple jurisdictionsBuild and maintain relationships with municipal and regional bodiesMarketing Plan DevelopmentPartner with marketing to define go‑to‑market strategies, launch campaigns, and brand positioningEstablish KPIs, budgets, and timelines for all marketing initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of project management experience, ideally within start‑ups or franchise rolloutProven track record managing legal/admin processes, budgets, and multi‑site production/logisticsExceptional communication skills—comfortable interfacing with C‑suite executives, legal counsel, production teams, and government officialsStrong computer proficiency:
