The right to work in Slovenia and the ability to commute to a Ljubljana office is essential.

The RoleThe role of Operations Manager work with a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Europe and Asia Pacific responsible for monitoring global procurement and delivery of services via our Catering Management Platform. ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the smooth day to day running of the Operations Team and communicate and source solutions to ensure efficient business operations that can scale. Key responsibilities include:

Ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed by all staffManage the Operations Team effectively, including mentoring and developmentHandle escalations and incident reports professionally and in line with company valuesOversee order management and quality controlProvide accurate reporting to leadershipOur ideal candidate will have: Experience in the Operations space and ability to manage staff and rostersAn understanding of Aviation (ideally private) and Flight operations software products and services.

Excellent written and spoken language in English language plus one otherAbility to find solutions, take initiative within a TeamGreat communication skills with a range of stakeholdersMotivated and able to drive Team to successUnderstand Business needsA logical and methodical thinker with ambition, attention to detail and the ability to understand the process.
