Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Commercial to lead and oversee commercial operations within a leading industrial/manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic direction across sales, logistics, and aftersales functions. The successful candidate will foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth. Manage overall Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for the division while preparing budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive performance reports to ensure strong financial performance.
Lead sales and business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and strengthening client and supplier relationships. Oversee supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Build, mentor, and lead a multi-functional commercial team to achieve operational and financial targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles within industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to analyze market dynamics and implement growth strategies effectively.
