Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and diligent Compliance Officer to ensure our client's organization operates in full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements. This role is critical in safeguarding their company’s integrity, managing risk, and fostering a culture of ethical and compliant business practices. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with applicable laws and industry standards. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely communication of compliance changes to relevant stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and establish effective mitigation plans.

Design and deliver compliance training programs for staff across departments to promote awareness and adherence. Perform internal audits and regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance frameworks. Lead investigations into compliance violations, prepare findings, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Prepare, review, and submit reports required by regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner. Serve as the organization’s primary compliance advisor, offering guidance to management and staff on best practices. Maintain thorough documentation and records of compliance initiatives, trainings, and incident reports. Collaborate with legal, audit, HR, and operational teams to ensure cross-functional compliance alignment. Candidate RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e. g. , CCEP, CRMA) is a strong advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a compliance role within a regulated industry (e. g. , finance, healthcare, industrial, or manufacturing sectors). Language: Strong command of both Arabic and English — verbal and written communication skills are essential. Technology Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance or risk management software.
