Grafisk Maskinfabrik is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Process Engineer who knows their way around complex machinery and isn’t afraid to get their hands (responsibly) dirty. If you can bridge the worlds of mechanical engineering, software development, and real-world production needs—without losing your cool—keep reading.What you’ll be doing • Take ownership of machine operation and process development for new and existing equipment. • Work directly with customers to design and optimize processes that actually solve their problems—not just look good in a PowerPoint. • Plan and lead FAT/SAT activities with confidence and structure (bonus points if you’ve mastered the art of keeping everyone calm during FAT). • Collaborate closely with mechanical design, electrical design, and software teams to ensure new machines come together smoothly. • Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions and document them in a way that future-you doesn’t regret. • Support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement of machines and production workflows.What you bring • A background in mechanical, process, mechatronics, or production engineering—or comparable hands-on experience. • Experience operating industrial machinery and developing production processes. • Solid understanding of automation, motion systems, and production equipment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as the “glue” between teams. • A structured mindset, paired with a practical approach and a sense of ownership. • Willingness to join customer visits, lead tests, and occasionally troubleshoot where the magic happens.Who you areYou’re curious, practical, and unafraid to take responsibility.
