We deliver cutting-edge services in infrastructure and cloud, software development, and agility, driving some of the most ambitious projects across Portugal and Europe.We’re growing — and we’re looking for driven, talented people who want to make an impact.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Process Owner in designing, documenting, and approving IT Asset Management processes and KPIs.Take part in the implementation of a global IT Asset Management system, helping to create new processes, procedures, and performance indicators from scratch.Build clear, accurate process maps and visual diagrams using Microsoft Visio, ensuring a full understanding of process flows and dependencies.Collaborate with global teams to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements aligned with international standards.Support project management activities such as progress tracking, reporting, and team coordination.Work closely with IT and business units to ensure smooth integration of processes within the new system.Help define and measure KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and effectiveness.Keep process documentation up to date, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.RequirementsProven experience in process analysis, design, and documentation in an IT environment.Strong process mapping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Visio.Practical experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, and Jira.Solid knowledge of project management tools and principles.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable in a global, cross-functional setting.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Other RequirementsAbility to simplify complex problems and develop workable solutions.Strong customer focus and service delivery mindset.Availability to work within the EU.
