Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress.As a senior or lead process consultant on the Knowledge and Development solutions team, you’ll lead the design, execution and adoption of impactful improvements to business operations and customer experiences. In this role, you’ll re-engineering processes to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable value to the organization. You'll detail and manage complex projects, work with collaborators, and drive critical initiatives like process mapping, standardization, and automation. With a focus on enhancing operational effectiveness and preparing for future organizational needs, you’ll align processes with business goals, leveraging innovative tools, and using successful change adoption across teams.This is a remote position with occasional trips into our corporate headquartersMust-have QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.).{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.).
