Mavi ranks among the world’s leading premium denim brands and stands apart as the preferred lifestyle brand across female and male consumer segments.Here’s what you need to know:We are seeking a "Process Development Manager (Sourcing)" to join our Global Sourcing & Supply Chain Division, within the Process Development (Sourcing) team.What will be expected of you in this role?Analyzing the system and functional needs of business units in line with the company’s strategy and changing priorities.Participating in projects to maintain high levels of efficiency in purchasing and supply chain processes.Designing new processes and working on improvements for existing processes.Improving processes and tracking performance in collaboration with companies working on a project basis.Monitoring testing processes for developments to be implemented and ensuring proper documentation.Coordinating with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of information management and workflows.Researching new technologies and automation systems used in purchasing and supply chain processes.Planning and prioritizing process transformation projects.Managing the process development team and supporting the development of team competencies.Guiding business units in response to questions and support requests.Ensuring users receive hands-on support after system and process improvements.Conducting user workshops during system developments to introduce and promote the use of new screens and functionalities.Why you?Minimum of 8 years of work experience in process management in the textile industry, with experience in procurement and supply chain.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Strong analytical thinking skills.Team management and leadership skills.Planning and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM module and PLM systems.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university; Master’s degree preferred.Experience in building systems within process improvement and digital transformation projects.Competence in strategic thinking and organizational transformation management.Strong task follow-up and execution skills.Then, you could be the team member we are looking for!We can’t wait to meet unique, creative thinking, productive and innovative candidates, who match Mavi’s brand spirit and closely follow fashion and global trends.*Driven by our “All Blue.
