We’re looking for a Process Engineer with a strong foundation in chemical engineering and plant design, who can contribute to the successful execution of engineering projects from concept to commissioning.What You’ll DoPrepare the initial Basis of Design with input from business stakeholdersPerform detailed engineering: layout design, technical specs, tender documentsConduct technical evaluations and provide engineering recommendationsProvide technical support and clarification during detail engineering, construction, and commissioningCollaborate with the AEI (Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation) team on control philosophy and design specificationsPerform process design and calculations for new applications and equipmentSupervise draughtsman on engineering drawingsSupport strategy planning, budgeting, and cost estimationHandle other responsibilities as assigned by the superiorWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent3–5 years of experience in oleochemicals or related industrial fields (advantageous)Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)Willingness to travel overseas for project-related activitiesHighly self-motivated, organized, and solutions-driven
