And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.About The RoleOur Process Team, part of the Technology department plays a key role in optimizing and innovating processes in collaboration with multiple departments across the organization.As a Process Engineer, you will work on process optimization, troubleshooting, and digitalization initiatives to support operational excellence to meet business objectives. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the production team, by being a technical reference and to be an active part of the GBU Peroxides Industrial network and have a positive impact on implementation and follow up of the plant HSE policies. You will be accountable for:Acquire solid knowledge and know-how about safety within the H2O2 plant processConduct analysis and process optimizations by using digital tools like Advanced Analytic and Machine LearningApply best practices and conduct excellence initiatives, while participating in regional or global project, to ensure that plant and process performances meet targetsEnsure continuous improvement and innovation, including the proposal of capital investmentsCatalyst and organic working solution managementSupport production team in troubleshooting and to meet customer requirements on final product quality and quantitiesFollow-up of industrial investment budgetsWe offer a permanent contract based on working mode.About YouRelevant education degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent. A master's degree is a plus. Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years in manufacturing or as a Process/Plant Engineer.Competencies:Chemical engineering design and process development.Familiarity with JMP15/SEEQ or other AI-based software is a strong plus.Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) are an advantage.BehaviorsStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, focusing on process analysis and project management.Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.About The PayAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is SAR 273,000 - SAR 341,000 per year in Saudi Arabia.Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
