Process Engineer

Manpower Croatia on behalf of its client, Holcim Hrvatska, is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Process Engineer (m/f).Job description:Continuously analyze equipment/system performance (e.g. specific electrical and thermal energy consumption, mass and energy balances), document findings and propose solutions for improvementsDesign new systems, equipment and procedures and propose modifications of existing ones for continuous process improvement. Commission and de-bottleneck new installationsPromote increased use of alternative fuel resources (AFR); provide comprehensive technical expertise to evaluate AFR with respect to its impact on the process; develop and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce impact of AFR on the process operationSupport Quality Manager in achieving the defined quality level at high consistency.
